 Imperial Primary Care Medical Group is a dedicated group of health care providers who have served patient needs in the Los Angeles and Orange Counties and beyond. The physicians have decades of experience in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, and Geriatrics. The patient’s immediate needs are always the number one priority, furthermore the staff are also trained in health care maintenance and preventative medicine, such as annual gynecological exams, school physicals, DMV evaluations, pre-employment exams, STD screening, contraception management, immunizations, tuberculosis screening and post cancer healthcare.
The physicians have an outstanding knowledge base to care for many common chronic conditions such as Asthma, COPD, Hypertension, Hyperlipidemia, Diabetes Mellitus, Osteoarthritis, Depression and Dementia. Our doctors routinely perform many office procedures. They can do various types of skin biopsies, laceration repairs, in grown nail removal, steroid joint injections and abscess drainage. There is also a Qualified Medical Examiner who can evaluate patients with work injuries.
The office is equipped with an on-site X-ray machine, basic laboratory services and a dedicated surgical room for office procedures.
 No time to wait in a pharmacy? Don’t worry; the office even has on-site pharmacy for many of the commonly used acute medications. All priced very competitively.
Need expert care outside of our scope? All in the same plaza, there are surrounding neighboring offices specializing in Pediatrics, Chiropractics, Dentistry, Optometry, Podiatry, Pharmacy and Allergy. All these services help to round out the care for our patients and their families. A local café and an adult daycare facility are also available to help families as they wait to care of their loved ones.
 The office is especially designed to accommodate the physically challenged. Located on a single floor at street level, there is a large accommodating waiting room, wide corridors and plenty of near-by free parking.  Have a medical problem that doesn’t need the emergency room, but just can’t wait till the next day? Can’t see your regular doctor soon enough? Employee hurt on the job? The office also offers The After Hours Clinic. The clinic was designed to help patients avoid those expensive and busy emergency rooms. The doctors are specially trained to deal with ambulatory care conditions such as sprains, fractures, fevers, respiratory infections, urinary infections, soft tissue skin infections, lacerations, STD’s and rashes. The clinic is open to all ages, from newborns to seniors. Open everyday of the year, the clinic provides care on a walk-in basis during evenings, weekends and holidays. The on-site X-ray facility and basic lab at the office allows for same day results on many of your urgent medical problems.
As with our regular day office, The After Hours Clinic also offers a limited pharmacy as well. Not sure we can meet your needs? Just give us a call the staff is always ready to help.
